How you complete your PE requirement in the app

The app totals the time of your workouts and compares it with the requirement set by your university for the given semester. The required time, the allowed disciplines, and the minimum length of a single workout are set by the university - you can see them on the home screen.

Where workouts come from

We import workouts exclusively from the health app on your phone: Apple Health, Health Connect, or Samsung Health. It is not possible to add a workout manually in the app - this ensures all results come from the same, measurable source.

Workout statuses

• Approved - the workout meets the semester's rules, and its time counts toward completion.
• Awaiting decision - the workout looks unusual (e.g. very high speed or overlapping times), so it is reviewed by the instructor. Until a decision is made, its time is not counted.
• Not approved - the workout did not meet the rules. You will see the reason next to the workout.

If you disagree with a decision

Every workout has a "Report for review" option. The report is sent to the instructor together with the specific workout, and you will see the response in the app in the reports section.

Integrity

Manipulating data from the health app (e.g. artificially generating activity) means the requirement will not be completed. The university sees the source of every workout.

The PE coordinator at your university may supplement the detailed rules applicable there.
